Employment Law Associate Attorney
A boutique firm in El Segundo, CA is looking to add an associate to their growing team.
Full-Time | Primarily On-Site (Hybrid Flex After 6 Months)
$120,000-$200,000/year + Bonuses + Full Benefits
A well-established plaintiff-side employment law boutique is hiring a full-time associate to support its wage and hour practice.
What You'll Do:
- Handle class actions and individual employment matters (state + federal)
- Take depositions, draft pleadings/briefs, attend court
- Collaborate with experienced partners and staff
You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
- 2+ years of wage and hour class action experience
- Solid litigation skills and courtroom confidence
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- $120K-$200K DOE
