Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and personal boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, ensure stability, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and needs, monitoring progress as treatment advances.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including progress notes and case summaries, to uphold the integrity of client care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' histories and specific mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily targets a youth population, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
