We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager who loves the intersection of people and precision. If you are a systems-savvy leader who understands that accurate payroll and data-driven HRIS management are the backbone of employee satisfaction, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities Master the Flow: You’ll oversee the entire payroll ecosystem, ensuring our team is paid accurately and on time, every time, in full compliance with state and federal laws. Lead the Specialists: Take the helm of our HR/Payroll specialist team, mentoring them to reach new heights of operational efficiency. Data Storytelling: You won’t just run reports; you’ll provide the insights that help management make smarter, data-backed decisions. System Architect: Keep our HRIS and general ledger in perfect harmony, staying ahead of tech trends to keep our processes modern. Support Benefits administration and respond timely to related employee inquiries. Compensation and Benefit Vendor Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Required A Bachelor’s degree holder (Business or related) with a sharp mind for organizational growth. A master communicator who can lead a room and write a compelling report. An organized multi-tasker who thrives on deadlines and independence. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel. Fluent in English; bilingual a plus Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods. Preferred Master’s degree in business related field. Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR). Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-CP). Schedule Full-time position: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; flexibility for evenings/weekends as required.
