What You’ll Be Doing

As the PM Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen during evening hours. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all kitchen operations during the PM shift to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Managing and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring proper food storage and preparation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to maintain consistency in menu execution and presentation.
• Troubleshooting any kitchen-related challenges that arise during service.
• Upholding the restaurant’s reputation for excellence in every dish served.
• Assisting with prep to ensure par levels for shift and the next shift

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in a kitchen management or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle the demands of a busy evening service.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• A passion for delivering high-quality food and a commitment to maintaining our restaurant’s stellar reputation.
