What You’ll Be Doing

As the PM Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen during evening hours. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all kitchen operations during the PM shift to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Managing and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring proper food storage and preparation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with the culinary team to maintain consistency in menu execution and presentation.
Troubleshooting any kitchen-related challenges that arise during service.
Upholding the restaurant’s reputation for excellence in every dish served.
Assisting with prep to ensure par levels for shift and the next shift

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

At least 3 years of experience in a kitchen management or leadership position.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and safety standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle the demands of a busy evening service.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
A passion for delivering high-quality food and a commitment to maintaining our restaurant’s stellar reputation.
