Work Environment

As an onsite rehabilitation facility, our team works closely together in a supportive atmosphere where collaboration is encouraged. You will engage directly with patients in a fully equipped setting that includes advanced rehabilitation technology and a diverse array of treatment modalities. Working hours will be Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and implement appropriate physical therapy treatments aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and restoring muscle function according to individualized care plans.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and ensure the accurate implementation of assigned therapeutic interventions.
• Evaluate patients thoroughly through diagnostics, including muscle and functional assessments, to determine their needs and plan effective rehabilitation programs.
• Conduct home environment assessments to recommend adaptations that promote patient independence and safety.
• Administer various therapeutic exercises, along with modalities such as traction and massage, to promote recovery.
• Fit and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices, providing recommendations to physicians for modifications.
• Maintain and update clinical documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries according to compliance standards.
• Engage with interdisciplinary team members to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques, equipment usage, and long-term care strategies for optimal recovery.

Our primary focus is on patients with orthopedic conditions, including pre and post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a physical therapist, preferably in an orthopedic setting.
• Active state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective patient relationships.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficient documentation.
• Knowledge of contemporary physical therapy techniques and tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Citizens Postural Correction Physiocare, Inc. offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, based on qualifications and experience.
