Account Executive (m/f/x)

We’re looking for a driven and hands‑on sales talent ready to build something from the ground up. You’ll be at the forefront of turning interest into impact — driving revenue, developing outreach strategies, and working directly with our sales team to scale our business. If you’re excited by fast‑moving environments, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to help decarbonize the energy sector, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Be our full‑cycle sales engine: As one of the first sales employees, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping our sales strategy. Drive sales execution: You actively develop and expand sales channels, implementing robust go‑to‑market strategies to increase market share and revenue. Lead outreach initiatives: You handle initial contacts, cold calling, and email campaigns to effectively generate leads and close deals. Collaborate with management: You work closely with our CEO and the sales team on strategies to drive company growth. What Makes This Role Great You are passionate about sales execution. You are a strong communicator, organized, and excel at managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. You roll up your sleeves and are comfortable in high‑pace environments with quickly changing tasks and requirements. You are eager to step into a role with significant autonomy and accountability, where you can directly influence company growth. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the planet. Requirements 2+ years of experience in sales execution as e.g. AE or a similar role. Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working in an early‑stage start‑up. Proven ability to manage CRM systems; best case HubSpot. Fluent in both German and English.
