This position allows you to work remotely while being part of a dynamic outpatient office environment. Our team collaborates through online platforms, ensuring effective communication and case management. The outpatient facility serves clients dealing with diverse issues, including relationship challenges, mood disorders, and personal trauma, enabling a rich exchange of ideas and strategies among professionals. We provide therapists with a supportive framework to deal with the fluctuating demands of remote counseling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of emotional and mood disorder symptoms through comprehensive evaluations with clients.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address personal and familial relationship issues.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices to enhance holistic care.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring responsive care.

• Actively participate in integrated care management, working alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment.

• Stay current with research developments in the field of mood disorders to innovate and refine your therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities regularly.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
