Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract, assess, and hire top talent to support organizational growth and business objectives. This role leads full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, employer branding, early career programs, candidate experience, and pre-employment processes while partnering with leaders to build strong talent pipelines and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
• Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements, recruitment plans, and selection criteria.
• Manage candidate assessment and selection processes, ensuring consistent, fair, and effective hiring practices.
• Design and oversee university relations, internships, co-op programs, and other early career talent initiatives.
• Develop and promote employer branding strategies to strengthen market presence and attract high-quality candidates.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage offer development, negotiations, and pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screening, and onboarding coordination.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and labor market trends to improve hiring effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hire.
• Lead and develop recruiting processes, tools, vendors, and talent acquisition best practices to support organizational growth.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Demonstrated success in talent sourcing, pipeline development, and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience supporting candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, energy, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience leading employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Experience managing university relations, internship, or early career programs.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and talent analytics.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS, including workflow configuration, reporting, candidate management, and recruiting operations.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM, PHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter, or similar.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools and talent intelligence platforms.
