Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will undertake a variety of essential duties, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status to inform individualized treatment planning.
\n
• Working collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment approaches as needed based on client feedback and evolving needs.

• Administering individual and group therapy sessions that use culturally informed and evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Providing teletherapy services to accommodate clients who face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of clinical sessions and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of current trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance-related disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to client interactions, demonstrating sensitivity to their unique struggles.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a clinical setting delivering therapy, particularly in a community health or private practice environment, is highly desirable. Experience with various therapeutic modalities is preferred, especially those focusing on trauma-informed care and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
