Assistant Facility Security Officer

Supporting the growth of a responsive security program, the full-time remote Assistant Facility Security Officer will manage day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate personnel security processes, and maintain accurate security records while ensuring compliance with national standards. Key responsibilities Organize and oversee the administrative operations of the industrial security program while supporting the FSO Coordinate personnel security processes, including clearance processing, onboarding, and maintaining security records Prepare for DCSA security reviews and assessments, ensuring documentation is accurate and audit-ready Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing complex administrative tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities and detail-sensitive workflows accurately Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and apply knowledge effectively Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required) Virtual Vocations Inc
