While the title is Care Recruiter / Administrator, a part of this role is about finding new ways to reach and attract caregivers, building relationships with schools, community organizations, and other sources, and creating a steady pipeline of great applicants. You'll also coordinate day to day care services and keep communication moving between clients and caregivers.What You'll DoIdentify and develop new ways to source and attract caregivers, including relationships with schools and community organizationsRecruit and onboard new caregivers using our applicant tracking software, keeping every file current and every step on scheduleCheck in with new caregivers at 30, 60, and 90 days, staying ahead of any concerns before they become problemsAssign and track online training modules so caregivers keep growing their skillsCoordinate care services and be the go-to point of contact for client and caregiver needsAnswer calls and texts quickly and professionallyKeep documentation accurate and organizedHandle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, staying calm and solution focusedWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who communicates quickly and clearly, by phone and by textSomeone who builds relationships naturally and enjoys meeting new peopleSales experience is a plus.
