HR Generalist - Deerfield Area

Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in the Deerfield area to hire an HR Generalist to join a collaborative HR team. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
• Support employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding
• Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records, administration, and reporting
• Coordinate leave administration and training programs
• Support workplace safety and workers’ compensation efforts
• Serve as backup for benefits administration
• Help ensure HR compliance and consistent practices across locations

Requirements:

• Progressive Human Resources experience
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work effectively with management and employees at all levels
