Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments: Evaluate clients' mental health status through comprehensive interviews and standardized assessments to identify their specific needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans: Develop and implement personalized therapeutic interventions based on clients’ goals and diagnoses, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy: Deliver various modalities of therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy through encrypted virtual sessions.

• Monitor progress: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, documenting progress toward therapy goals and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate client collaboration: Work closely with clients to define clear therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adult clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life stressors. You will help clients develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional wellbeing, and drive positive mental health outcomes. Your ability to build rapport and foster trust will be essential as you guide individuals on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid psychotherapy license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD) is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a signing bonus for licensed professionals joining our clinic. Benefits include:
