Content Strategist - Social Commerce & Performance Marketing

Location: Onsite Position Type: Full-Time Department: Growth & Marketing Job Brief We are seeking a data-driven, creative Content Strategist to lead performance-driven content creation, creator/affiliate marketing strategy, and social commerce growth. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and funnel performance—driving GMV, engagement, search visibility, and ROI across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Instagram, Meta Ads, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Performance Optimization Plan, script, produce, and edit high-converting digital and video content (short-form and long-form) tailored for US and global target audiences Turn performance metrics into actionable creative strategies, continuously optimizing content across full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive CTR, CVR, and ROAS Leverage trending topics, cultural hooks, and SEO insights to maximize search volume and brand visibility Social Commerce & Channel Operations Spearhead end-to-end commerce operations on platforms like TikTok Shop (Product Detail Pages, promotions, live commerce campaigns, and logistics integration) Develop and execute live commerce, interactive, and promotion strategies to maximize real-time revenue and viewer conversion Affiliate, Creator & Influencer Partnerships Scale and manage affiliate networks and influencer relationships from initial outreach to tier-based campaign execution Partner with creators and media outlets to execute educational and viral brand messaging that resonates with core demographics PR, Brand Positioning & Experiential Marketing Develop integrated digital and PR campaigns that strengthen brand positioning, educate consumers, and drive community engagement Coordinate experiential and offline marketing events, translating live engagements into viral social mentions and brand growth Analytics, KPI Dashboarding & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CTR, VTR, conversion rates, follower growth) Build dynamic reporting dashboards to present data-backed growth strategies to leadership and stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of professional experience across content strategy, performance marketing, social commerce, PR, or growth marketing Social Commerce Proficiency: Strong track record in scaling TikTok Shop operations, affiliate program strategy, or live commerce revenue Creative Production: End-to-end hands-on experience with content production, including shooting, storytelling, and video/photo editing Paid & Performance Marketing: Deep understanding of paid ad ecosystems (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and marketing funnel optimization metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) Software & Tools: Design & Video Editing: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Data Analytics & Reporting: Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, data modeling, reporting) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Trade, Communications, Business, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience scaling brand presence within the global Beauty, Skincare, or Consumer Goods (CPG) sectors Proven experience growing organic and affiliate creator networks exponentially (e.g., scaling outreach acceptance rates and managing hundreds/thousands of creators) Experience localized marketing strategies for international target markets (US, Asia, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr Helios & Partners
