Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to assess their current condition, strengths, and weaknesses to form an effective treatment plan.

• Design, implement, and manage individualized support packages that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, particularly in overcoming dependencies.

• Monitor client progress by regularly evaluating treatment outcomes and making necessary adjustments to enhance efficacy.

• Facilitate counseling sessions by providing clients with useful resources and actionable advice, guiding them down their path to recovery.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in case conferences, providing evidence when necessary in legal settings.

• Function as the key worker for assigned clients, coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external community services to promote holistic recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse population of clients who are in detox due to substance use disorders. These individuals may also be experiencing co-occurring mental health issues, which require a sensitive and knowledgeable approach. Your ability to build strong, therapeutic relationships will be fundamental in helping them navigate their recovery process and achieve sustainable change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is required.

• A valid LCSW license is essential to practice in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
