About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our team at the Worms location for a fixed-term period of one year. In this role, you will be pivotal in attracting and selecting top talent to support our innovative automotive projects. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored job advertisements in collaboration with technical and commercial departments, leveraging strategic channels for effective job placement, and proactively sourcing candidates through social networks. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from reviewing applications to conducting interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Collaboration with HR Business Partners and the HR Shared Service Center will be essential, especially during contract negotiations and onboarding processes. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess several years of recruitment experience, preferably within an industrial environment with a technical or commercial focus. You should demonstrate proficiency in active sourcing, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' technical and cultural fit. Familiarity with applicant management systems and various recruiting channels is essential. Excellent communication and advisory skills are required to effectively collaborate with technical teams and leadership. A high level of service orientation, professionalism, and reliability is expected to foster positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Fluency in German at least at level C1 and strong English skills at level B2 are mandatory to operate effectively in our multicultural environment. Responsibilities Develop and craft precise job descriptions in close coordination with technical and commercial departments to attract suitable candidates. Identify and utilize optimal recruitment channels, including online job portals, social media, and professional networks, to maximize visibility of open positions. Engage in active sourcing by directly approaching potential candidates via relevant social platforms to build a strong talent pipeline. Review, evaluate, and manage incoming applications using a cloud-based applicant tracking system, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide expert consultation to hiring managers and department heads regarding candidate suitability and selection strategies. Coordinate and conduct initial and subsequent interviews, either virtually or in person, maintaining a professional and engaging candidate experience. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the HR Shared Service Center on contract negotiations, onboarding procedures, and other HR-related activities.
