Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits each week as a full-time clinician, ensuring timely and effective therapy sessions.
\n
• Collaborate with diverse teams, including case managers and educational personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Create innovative therapeutic interventions aimed at achieving and surpassing client goals, utilizing resources and tools effectively.
\n
• Prepare and submit detailed documentation for each session that complies with company protocols, which include assessments, treatment progress notes, and reviews.

• Participate actively in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and enhance service delivery.
\n
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, supporting the overall mission of enhancing community mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children, adolescents, and families who face a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current and valid LMFT clinical license, ensuring adherence to state regulations and standards.
\n
• Experience in clinical documentation is crucial, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries when working with clients.
\n
• Familiarity with a wide range of client backgrounds, demonstrating comfort in providing culturally sensitive care.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems; prior experience with Valant is highly desirable.

• Willingness to undergo a thorough background check as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 105,000 annually, alongside a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Our compensation package includes:
