Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Promote Verizon products and services effectively to meet sales targets. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is preferred not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close sales. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team collaboration skills. Work Hours Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
