Job Title: Machine Operator 

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on opportunity? We're seeking a  Machine Operator to join our team in  Sparta, MI . In this role, you’ll operate metal fabrication machinery in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

As a  Machine Operator , your core responsibilities will include:

• Machine Operation: Operate metal fabrication equipment, including cutoff saws, punch presses, hydraulic presses, forming machines, and drilling machines.
  
  
• Metal Fabrication: Cut, shape, and bend metal plates, tubes, and parts according to specifications.
  
  
• Safety & Quality Compliance: Work independently while following all safety and quality guidelines.
  In addition, you will also contribute to a positive work culture that emphasizes integrity, ownership, and authenticity.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  
  

Skills:

• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to understand machinery operation; prior metal fabrication experience is a plus but not required.
  
  
• Teamwork: Works effectively with others and communicates clearly.
  
  
• Problem-Solving: Identifies and addresses issues efficiently while maintaining production quality.
