Line Cook - Sizzlings - Oceanside
This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook/Prep Cook at Sizzlings located in Oceanside, NY. The Line Cook/Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking and assembling dishes, maintaining a clean kitchen workspace, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- No experience needed. Looking for someone motivated and willing to learn.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Team player with good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work assigned station (griddle, fryer, prep, etc.) to produce consistent, high-quality dishes.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Keep station organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Ensure timely order completion.
Sizzlings is a fast-casual eatery known for bold flavors and friendly service. We specialize in Nashville hot chicken sandwiches, gyros, and savory platterscombining Southern heat with Mediterranean flair. We take pride in fresh, quality ingredients.
