School Social Worker

Effective Date - 2026-2027 School Year

Status - Probationary

Certification - Applicable NYS Certification required

Location - High School

Duties - Provide comprehensive school social work services with the use of social emotional learning resources. Proactively engage and collaborate with scholars, educators, parents, and guardians. Conduct home visits and support scholars and families in accessing appropriate community resources. Review scholar records and attend and CSE/CPSE meetings when necessary. Customary duties associated with the position.

Salary - Pursuant to the Middletown Teachers Association (MTA) Contract

Fingerprint Clearance: Candidates must submit to fingerprint clearance.
