Seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Call Center - Pre Sales Agent, the full-time remote position will involve initiating outbound calls to prospective customers, identifying their needs, and qualifying leads to support the sales pipeline for candidates residing in select states. Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients Identify customer needs and determine interest in services Qualify leads and maintain detailed records in CRM software Required Qualifications Must provide own equipment (Windows PC, high-speed internet, USB headset, quiet workspace) Must reside in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, or Kansas High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating CRM tools Ability to work independently and within a team environment
