What You Will Do

• Utilize our advanced platform along with your network to source prospective healthcare candidates
• Engage potential candidates by introducing them to MLR opportunities and discovering their interests
• Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
• Follow up with leads to nurture their interest throughout the hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and current records are maintained in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions from meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads

What You Need to Be Successful

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and self-driven approach you dictate your day and focus your efforts accordingly
