HR Payroll Specialist

About the Company Mid-sized e-commerce retailer headquartered in Southeast Florida, known for fast‑paced operations and strong team culture. The Role We’re hiring an HR Specialist responsible for data entry and payroll support within our HCM system at our Southeast Florida office location. You’ll be tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and customer service focused. This role demands results‑oriented thinking, quick problem‑solving, and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. What You’ll Do Audit timesheets and pay‑related data, enter or update employee records Process retro pay adjustments as applicable Respond to and resolve pay inquiries in a timely manner Provide support for the fulfillment center attendance management process Complete case management software tickets (ServiceNow) Assist on data clean‑up projects to prepare for system implementation Maintain data integrity across various HR systems What You’ll Need Experience with Payroll, Benefits, or Wage and Hour support preferred Experience with Workday, Kronos, and/or ServiceNow is a bonus UKG Pro experience is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service focus (internal and external), professional at all levels Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities Self‑motivated, positive attitude, flexible outlook, strong ethical values Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Work Details Onsite role, 8:30am-5pm, hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office). Flexibility to work weekends as needed with corresponding weekday time off. Southeast Florida location.
