Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices, including CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

• Provide therapeutic support to clients through individual and group therapy sessions, either via telehealth or in-person, in a safe and HIPAA-compliant environment.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and share insights about client progress.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay current in the field.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.

• Participate in supervision and consultation as needed, fostering a reflective practice that values feedback and growth.

In your role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, across various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted LMFT license.
\n
• Proficiency in Spanish and English with strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mental health setting, particularly working with diverse populations.
\n
• Respect for and sensitivity towards cultural and individual family customs and needs.
\n
• Experience in various therapeutic modalities, with emphasis on trauma-informed care.
\n
• Ability to work effectively and empathetically with clients from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and EHR software.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Experience with group therapy facilitation and short-term therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
