Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities for a Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
  • Review, verify, and intake Digital Equipment Request forms for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to collect missing information and clarify request requirements.
  • Track and monitor request status throughout the approval lifecycle while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4 or more years of successful administrative support or technical sales support experience.
  • High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal business systems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
