Sous Chef / Chef de Partie Build Your Culinary Career at Oak Hill Oak Hill Country Club is looking for a talented Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The level of the position will be based on your experience and strengths. This is a great opportunity for a working chef who loves to cook, takes pride in their craft, and wants to be part of a talented culinary team. At Oak Hill, you'll have the opportunity to work across member dining, private events, banquets, seasonal menus, and championship-level hospitality. Full-Time | Year-Round $22.00-$26.00 per hour Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays What You'll Bring We're open to a range of culinary experience. You may be a Sous Chef ready for your next opportunity, a Chef de Partie looking to grow, or an experienced Lead Line Cook ready to take the next step. We're looking for someone who: Enjoys scratch cooking and working with quality ingredients Takes pride in presentation, consistency, and attention to detail Can confidently run a station and keep service moving Works well as part of a professional, team-oriented kitchen Is comfortable taking on additional responsibility and helping develop others Understands the importance of cleanliness, organization, food safety, and sanitation Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Culinary education is welcome, but experience and a passion for the craft matter most.
