Ambulatory Clinical Triage Nurse - OBGYN

Role: Full-time Ambulatory Clinical Triage Nurse in outpatient OBGYN care, responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and supporting care planning in collaboration with providers and the care team. Responsibilities Develop and implement care plans to optimize health outcomes and promote wellness. Assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient assessment guidelines, and compliance standards. Support providers with documentation of assessments and treatment protocols. Provide patient education and support through verbal and written instructions, assessing patients’ ability to receive education. Assist in daily patient management and oversee clinical staff when needed. Qualifications & Skills RN license with BLS certification. 2-5 years of nursing experience; Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-10 years experience.
