Ambulatory Clinical Triage Nurse - OBGYN

Role Overview: The position is for a full-time Ambulatory Clinical Triage Nurse in an outpatient setting, focusing on OBGYN care. It offers a day shift with no call, weekends, or holidays, and is benefit-eligible. The nurse collaborates with providers and care teams to assess, develop, and implement patient care plans, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care. Key Responsibilities Develop and review care plans with PCPs and specialists to optimize healthcare outcomes. Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs utilizing critical nursing skills. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, documentation, and compliance standards. Provide patient education and support using appropriate communication tools. Support clinical staff and assist providers in daily patient management. Qualifications & Skills RN license with BLS certification. 2-5 years of nursing experience preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience as a plus. Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills.
