Global Sales Account Director

Global Sales Account Director leads complex strategic account programs for pharmaceutical distribution customers at Cencora. The role develops account plans, growth strategies, and value propositions while influencing senior leadership on account management priorities and client retention approaches.

Responsibilities

Lead complex strategic account programs and client initiatives supporting growth and customer success
Develop account plans, growth strategies, and value propositions for high-value pharmaceutical distribution customers
Conduct high-stakes account reviews and executive business reviews with limited oversight
Mentor account managers and advance account management expertise across the organization
Strengthen senior-level client relationships to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field
8+ years of account management or strategic client relationship management experience
Strategic account management and revenue growth strategy expertise
Executive relationship management and business presentation skills
Cross-functional leadership and influence capabilities
Master's degree in Business Administration preferred

Compensation: $119,100 - $186,560
