We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics to support a large commercial construction project. If you have experience installing HVAC duct systems and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Install square and round HVAC ductwork on commercial projects.
- Lay out and install roof curbs, hangers, diffusers, kitchen hoods, and grease duct.
- Install condensate drain lines and HVAC accessories.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, fabricate, and install sheet metal components.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC sheet metal experience.
- Experience installing commercial ductwork and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate layouts.
- Experience measuring, cutting, and fabricating sheet metal.
- Scissor Lift and Fall Protection certifications preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work at heights.
