Landscape Maintenance Business Developer

Landscape Endeavors, a locally owned company with over 29 years of experience serving the Colorado Springs commercial market, is seeking a motivated Maintenance Business Developer to join our growing team. Specializing in commercial landscape installation and maintenance, we are committed to delivering high-quality work, building lasting client relationships, and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. As part of the Elevation Landscape Group through our partnership with Trinity Hunt Partners, we are expanding our reach across the Colorado Front Range. This full-time, salaried position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial sales, estimating, and customer development who is eager to drive business growth and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial landscape maintenance business opportunities by building relationships with property managers, HOAs, business parks, commercial property owners, and other prospective clients, targeting $500k to $750k in annual sales.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, identifying additional sales opportunities to support their evolving needs.
• Conduct site visits, property assessments, and takeoffs to evaluate maintenance opportunities.
• Prepare accurate maintenance estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation for prospective clients.
• Promote and sell new commercial maintenance contracts in alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and maintenance leadership to ensure a smooth transition of sold work and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients in a timely, professional, and accurate manner, representing Landscape Endeavors with integrity and a positive attitude.
• Support a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience estimating commercial landscape maintenance properties.
• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance operations.
• Working knowledge of commercial irrigation systems, including 2-wire systems (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in commercial sales, customer development, or leadership roles.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-facing presence.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Compensation

Competitive base salary with commission based on a percentage of new annual sales, paid quarterly. Additional incentives available for multi-year contracts.
