TaxRise, Inc. is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage billing and collections, handle high volumes of calls, and provide timely updates to lenders and clients. This 100% on-site role requires attention to detail and a client-first approach.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in collections or high-volume customer service; a high school diploma; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; and strong communication and negotiation skills.
