Home Health Account Executive

Job Title: Account Executive Location: Chattanooga, TN Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview As an Account Executive, you will bring exceptional care and service to those who need it most by connecting patients to quality senior living services. You will educate providers and families, build referral relationships, coordinate admissions, and assess needs and barriers to care. The role combines relationship‑building, clinical coordination, and sales strategy to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Educate health care professionals, patients, and families about home care and senior living services. Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices to generate leads. Coordinate patient admissions, including obtaining all required documentation to complete the referral‑to‑admission process. Track leads, document activity in CRM, meet admissions and account goals, attend community events, and respond to customer concerns. The Must Haves At least two (2) years of experience in a healthcare‑related business development or community outreach role. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Self‑motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation (vehicle or public transit) to commute to multiple locations.
