Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 hourly

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Vimo, you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience and support consumers in enrolling in health insurance.

Full‑Time/Seasonal

$17.00/hr, plus performance incentives
$19.00/hr for Spanish bilingual, plus performance incentives

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days
Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period
Committed to full attendance for paid 3‑week training period
Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet (cable/fiber broadband required, no mobile or satellite, no Wi‑Fi)

Essential Responsibilities

Inbound and outbound calls
Deliver the highest level of customer service consistently
Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
Application data entry
Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
Creatively solve problems
Adapt to changing projects and updates
Manage time and tasks (multitasking and prioritization)
Complete self‑study, training, and testing; eligibility for proceeding depends on passing required exams
Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications across all channels

Moderate to advanced computer skills
Comfortable with learning new technology
High level of professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working from home
Self‑motivated and success‑driven

Preferred Experience
