A Day in the Life As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will: * Provide compassionate, professional assistance to plan participants via phone, email, and instant messaging. * Tailor your communication style to meet the needs of diverse individuals, maintaining professionalism even in challenging interactions. * Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and data privacy standards. * Accurately document calls and case notes with attention to detail.
