Responsibilities Act as a primary contact for clients Assist with developing and maintaining client relationships Consult with clients during the purchasing process Be knowledgeable about all products and services offered Understand pricing and create/follow up on estimates Communicate regularly with the production team and customers Review client files for quality and accuracy Acquire strong knowledge of products and services Respond promptly to customer inquiries Acquire new clients through cold calling and initial sales contacts Set appointments and arrange meetings for the Account Executive Assist in business development strategies for targeting markets Understand and consult on internet and print marketing solutions Listen to clients, interpret needs, and advise on solutions Develop and interpret marketing metrics Communicate courteously via email, phone, and in person Assist clients with problem resolution Operate equipment used in the center Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer software understanding Ability to learn new software quickly Professional customer service demeanor Responsive to customer needs Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Coordinate multiple schedules Understanding of sales and marketing processes (preferred) High School diploma or GED Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industry: Staffing and Recruiting Referrals can double your chances of interviewing at AlphaGraphics.
