Staff Engineer, Advanced Operations (AO)

Staff Engineer role supporting new product introductions and manufacturing process development for electro-mechanical products. Responsible for process engineering expertise across product launches, equipment validation, and manufacturing readiness while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design, development, and validation for product launches and sustainment
• Develop manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical assembly operations including soldering, potting, and molding
• Partner with manufacturers to implement solutions meeting quality, cost, and production targets
• Conduct process validation, capability studies, and risk assessments with control plans
• Lead equipment acquisition projects from specification through qualification and validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years manufacturing, process engineering, or product development experience
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles in manufacturing contexts
• Experience with manufacturing processes and engineering projects
• Electronics manufacturing experience including PCBs or electro-mechanical assemblies preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics, CAD drawings, and product architecture
• Familiarity with manufacturing test methods and statistical analysis

Compensation: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
