Practice Lead - Private Equity & Alternative Assets

You could be helping some of the world's leading private equity firms, asset managers, and portfolio companies solve some of their biggest technology and operational challenges.

Saragossa Deploy provides managed services, AI Ops and 24/7 platform support, helping organisations move away from traditional outsourcing models and build more reliable, flexible technology environments.

We're now looking for a Practice Lead to take ownership of this market and help significantly expand Saragossa Deploy across the buy-side.

This is a senior, commercially driven opportunity for someone with an established network across Private Equity, Asset Management and Alternative Assets . You'll be speaking with Operating Partners, Portfolio Company CTOs/CIOs, Heads of Technology and other senior technology and operating stakeholders - turning trusted relationships into new business and long-term managed services opportunities.

You'll have significant ownership over the vertical, with the opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy, develop the proposition and become a recognised face of Saragossa within the market.

You'll be responsible for:

• Activating an existing network of senior buy-side relationships to create high-value meetings and new pipeline.
• Originating and closing net-new ARR across Private Equity, Asset Management and portfolio companies.
• Selling multi-year, SLA-governed managed services across areas including AI Ops, 24/7 application and platform support, cloud infrastructure and digital workspace management.
• Building strategic relationships with PE Operating Partners, Portfolio CTOs/CIOs and senior Asset Management technology leaders.
• Leading complex solution sales and working closely with our Solutions and Delivery teams to develop the right client proposition.
• Identifying technology and operational pain points including resilience, engineering capacity, vendor lock-in and 24/7 support.
• Feeding market intelligence into our GTM strategy and helping shape how Saragossa Deploy approaches the buy-side.
• Representing Saragossa at relevant industry events, executive roundtables, PE communities and peer groups.

Unlike a traditional Senior Sales role, this is a Practice Lead position. You'll have meaningful ownership of the vertical and the freedom to build a market rather than simply inherit an established territory.
