Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Steder Group USA is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our growing U.S. commercial team. This role will work directly with our Business Development Manager and play an important part in identifying new opportunities, supporting the sales process, and helping grow our customer base.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with customers and prospects, and able to take ownership of their work. Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international transportation is preferred, this is a great opportunity for those who want to transition into sales.

Responsibilities :

\n

\n

* Research and identify potential customers and new business opportunities

\n

* Qualify leads and identify the appropriate contacts and decision-makers within target companies

\n

* Conduct initial outreach to prospective customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels

\n

* Maintain prospect and customer information and keep sales activity organized and up to date

\n

* Assist with preparing and coordinating freight quotes and customer proposals

\n

* Follow up on open quotes, opportunities, and customer requests

\n

* Work with overseas offices, pricing, operations, and other internal teams to gather information needed for customer opportunities

\n

* Support the Business Development Manager with account development and ongoing customer relationships

\n

* Help identify opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

\n

* Provide consistent updates on leads, opportunities, quotes, and follow-up activity

\n

* Assist with other commercial and sales-related projects as needed

\n

\n

* Able to prioritize multiple opportunities and tasks without needing constant direction

* Comfortable speaking with prospective customers by phone and email

\n

* Strong research and problem-solving skills

\n

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software

\n

* Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, international transportation, inside sales, or sales support is preferred

\n

* Knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, project cargo, or international trade is a plus

\n

*Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

\n
