Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family counseling, to support clients in their mental health journeys.

• Regularly meet with clients to evaluate progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines to protect client information and therapeutic relationships.

• Assist clients in connecting with additional community resources or specialists when needed, ensuring a holistic approach to their treatment.

• Document all client interactions and treatment updates in our EHR system, ensuring accurate and timely records.

• Participate in regular team meetings and trainings to enhance professional knowledge and share best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a varied caseload that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family conflicts. You will be instrumentally involved in helping clients navigate their challenges, building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and open communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possess a valid, active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapy to individuals of various ages.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
