Data Center Business Development Director

Job Description Build and grow business through data center channels (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise). Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers; develop strong strategic relationships. Analyze partner and competitor strengths/weaknesses to determine where we are strong and where we have capability gaps. Map customer needs to company offerings and identify opportunities for new or expanded solutions. Develop channel strategies and support sales in driving pipeline and closing deals. Provide market intelligence to guide product, investment, and go-to-market decisions. Represent the company at industry events and with strategic partners. Qualifications 5+ years of direct business in HVAC product category with data centers required in the US. Deep understanding of data center ecosystems, buying cycles, and partner structures. Strong relationship-building, communication, and executive presentation skills.
