About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Banking Officer (CBO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CBO will be a pivotal figure in driving the growth, profitability, and customer engagement of the organization. This role involves providing strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of the company's various banking divisions, including retail, wealth management, insurance, and commercial banking. The successful candidate will ensure that all business lines are in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and long-term strategic plan. Candidates for the CBO position should have a minimum of 10 years' of banking management experience, with a background that encompasses both commercial and retail banking. The role is particularly suited to individuals who are based in the upper Midwest or Central Plain States, as there will be a requirement for on-site days throughout the year. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the banking industry, capable of driving the company's success and fostering a strong, customer-focused banking experience.
