The Medical Receptionist Medical Assistant supports a small podiatry clinic team by ensuring smooth patient scheduling, accurate medical records management, and effective front-desk operations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, bilingual communication in Spanish, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate calendars
• Perform reception duties including greeting and assisting patients
• Manage and maintain accurate medical records
• Register patients and verify insurance information
• Coordinate appointment details with medical staff

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in medical reception or medical assisting
