Job Title: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet persons entering the clinic.

• Handle all telephone inquiries and provide information to callers.

• Take and relay all messages to the appropriate personnel.

• Direct visitors and patients to the correct destination.

• Answer telephone with the TFH greeting, screen and direct calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.

• Confirm patients appointments, as directed.

• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.

• Maintain the tidiness of the reception and waiting area.

• Other duties as assigned by managers/directors.

Requirements:

High School degree or an equivalent in training and/or experience; minimum of one year receptionist/front desk experience; valid NY state drivers or non-driver ID/license; knowledge of customer service principle and practices; knowledge/experience of computers and relevant software application; great work ethics; Bilingual Spanish speaking is required; initiative; reliable; stress tolerance; attention to details; verbal and written communication skills.
