Role Overview

Apply your bankruptcy law expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through high-quality legal analysis, drafting, and expert feedback. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and annotate bankruptcy-related legal documents, providing substantive commentary and expert feedback.
• Draft sample motions, pleadings, and court filings for common and complex bankruptcy scenarios.
• Evaluate hypothetical legal matters and provide clear, well-reasoned written explanations and arguments.
• Create educational content and training datasets relevant to bankruptcy practice.
• Assess AI-generated legal responses for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with current U.S. bankruptcy law.
• Provide precise written and verbal input for AI training activities.
• Identify bankruptcy-law nuances and emerging trends that can improve project quality and scope.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• 3 to 15 years of recent, hands-on bankruptcy law experience.
• Experience independently handling bankruptcy matters, including filings, court appearances, and advisory work.
• Expertise in bankruptcy law, legal document analysis, and drafting motions, pleadings, and filings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Judicial clerkship experience with a bankruptcy or federal judge is preferred.
• Law teaching experience or experience creating legal instructional materials is preferred.
• Legal journal or law review editorial experience during law school is preferred.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $90 to $150 per hour.
