Transactional Attorney for Legal AI Training

Apply your in-house technology transactions experience to help improve AI systems used for real-world contract review. This part-time, remote contractor role focuses on training and evaluating AI through practical drafting, negotiation, review, and redlining scenarios. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, delivering expert feedback that improves accuracy, risk identification, legal interpretation, and output precision.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
• Partner with product and research teams to improve data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Strong contract drafting, deal negotiation, written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology, with experience collaborating across disciplines in fast-paced environments.

• Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
• Corporate law firm experience in M&A or private-equity fund formation.

• Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.

• $80 to $105 per hour.
