Mid-Market Account Executive

What you'll do: Sell human resources technology in a designated territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around HCM initiatives for companies with 50‑999 employees. Manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast the sales pipeline. Document and manage multiple sales cycles from prospecting through implementation until the new business is up and running. Collaborate with internal partners and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Positive self‑starter with the ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly. Confident and fearless, embracing opportunities and taking risks. Entrepreneurial spirit; natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly. Trusted advisor, builds relationships, lives integrity, and delivers on promises. Required A college degree is great but not required. Desired experience includes: 2+ years quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience. 3+ years in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales. Military experience is valued. Compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Salary range: USD $44,800.00 – USD $97,200.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements.
