Strategic Director, Mortgage Product Strategy

Freddie Mac is seeking a Director of Mortgage Product Strategy to lead strategy and performance for a portfolio of Single-Family mortgage products. This senior role shapes pricing, development, and market launch across conventional, Affordable, and other mortgage offerings.
You will partner with Enterprise teams to translate market opportunities into competitive, mission-driven loan products, improving borrower experiences and lender value while advancing Freddie Mac’s housing finance objectives.
