You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide courteous service to travelers, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an airport location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, parking areas, roadways, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations, reporting unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor access points and assist with maintaining authorized access to restricted areas in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
